SAUGA (South African Urogynaecological Association) is a discipline within medicine dealing with pelvic floor disorders in females.

These disorders include problems of the bladder (mostly leakage) and bowel, as well as prolapse (descent) of the pelvic organs.

The main role players in Urogynaecology are Gynaecologists, Urologists, Colo-rectal Surgeons and Physiotherapists. SAUGA is associated with the International Urogynaecological Association (IUGA) and the South African Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (SASOG).
